CSPDM Series: Resilience in the Workplace – February 10, 2022

Resilience is the capacity to mentally or emotionally cope with and adapt to heightened stress or an actual crisis and maintain or recover to a previously good functional level or better. Particularly in stressful times, it is an essential quality needed in the workplace. Resilience is not just a quality of the individual worker but is found and needed in workgroups and teams which are also functional entities. Resilience is facilitated and complemented by a resilience promoting work environment. In this webinar we will look at individual resilience, and team resilience as distinct from each other yet interrelated and self enhancing. We will also look at the qualities of a resilience promoting work environment.
