Bill Dyer, a Certified Disability Management Professional, a Consensus Based Disability Management Auditor, a Fellow Chartered Insurance Professional and holding a bachelor’s in business administration has over 30 years experience in the Disability Management field.
His experience includes working with a number of larger provincial and national organizations, assisting them in developing best in class collaborative stay at work – return to work solutions.
Bill’s journey has included roles in insurance, healthcare, heavy industry, retail, aviation, education and local government; collectively these experiences have provided him with extensive knowledge. Specifically with Disability Management program design and hands on experience in case management for many different industry sectors and organization dynamics.
Most recently, in April 2021, Bill joined the NIDMAR team [National Institute of Disability Management and Research] in a director’s capacity, currently overseeing the implementation of the “Reducing Poverty Initiative- disability assistance through early intervention”.
In this 60-minute session Bill looks to provide you with insight into this initiative and the potential implications moving forward.
