Session Overview
The demands of disability management require professionals to navigate complex client interactions, adapt to organizational challenges, and maintain emotional resilience. This webinar introduces key concepts from Rewired to Relate, a neuroscience-based framework designed to enhance communication, collaboration, and client outcomes by understanding how the emotional brain drives behaviors.
Through simplified neuroscience concepts, participants will better understand their emotional reactions, triggers, and behavioral patterns. By connecting these principles to practical applications, the session will equip CDMPs and RTW specialists with tools to reduce stress, build resilience, and align stakeholders toward successful accommodation and RTW outcomes.
Emotional and relationship intelligence is essential for influencing stakeholders, fostering trust, and enabling effective collaboration—all of which are critical for success in disability management.
