An Expert and Evidence-Informed Framework to Prevent Prolonged Absence from Work for Public Safety Personnel with a Work-Related Psychological Injury/Illness: A Consensus-Based Mixed Methods Study
We are pleased and overjoyed to introduce Dr. Toni Harrington MSW, MSc.,D.Sc. who will be presenting at January 12. Toni is a senior leader at Homewood Health within Workplace Intervention and Clinical Services. As an Assistant Vice President, Toni is responsible for providing the vision and leadership required to align and implement strategic planning, and to deliver and evaluate quality, accessible, sustainable, and integrated mental health and addictions programs across the country. For over two decades, Toni has dedicated her work to changing the trajectory of health for working Canadians by ensuring optimal and accountable care through evidence-based occupational and organizational health practices. Toni holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s of Social Work from Memorial University of Newfoundland. Toni also holds a Master’s of Occupational Health Science from McGill University and a doctoral degree from Queen’s University.
