Supporting employees to stay at work or successfully return after a leave requires more than policies, it requires psychologically informed leadership. In this practical, one-hour webinar, you’ll learn evidence-based strategies to help employees navigate challenges, maintain engagement, and reintegrate with confidence. We’ll explore how psychological safety shapes employee decisions to stay or return, and how leaders can foster environments where people feel supported, respected, and able to perform at their best.
