Online registration is now open. The registration fees for the full day conference are as follows:

CSPDM Members – $270 + HST
Non-Members – $300 + HST

Click on “SIGN IN” (just above Registering manually) to log in to the NIDMAR website using your Member ID number and your NIDMAR profile password in order to receive the Member discount. Non-Members

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellation requests must be made in writing addressed to the CSPDM Secretariat:

A refund of 90% of the registration fee will be made for cancellations received no later than September 20, 2019.
A refund of 50% of the registration fee will be made for cancellations received no later than October 11, 2019
For cancellations received after October 11, 2019, no refund will be made.

If the CSPDM Conference is cancelled for any reason, the CSPDM Conference liability is limited to the refund of the paid Registration fee.
