Certified Disability Management Professional – Executive (CDMP-E)

The Certified Disability Management Professional Executive (CDMP‑E) is an advanced Canadian designation that recognizes executive‑level leadership in Disability Management. It is intended for individuals who already hold the CDMP credential and have substantial senior‑level experience overseeing Disability Management or Return to Work programs. Applications may be accepted at any time.

Eligibility and Assessment:

  • Active CDMP member in good standing for at least the past 5 consecutive years
  • A minimum of two years, within the past five, in a senior leadership or supervisory role in Disability Management or Return to Work, including experience overseeing professional staff, managing programs, and contributing to organizational policy and strategic development
  • Assessment if conducted though an executive-level evaluation process, including structured interviews and written assignment
